The chain of custody

Five stages, each with a record. The same sequence applies to every product we handle.

01Sourcing: Manufacturers are assessed before any agreement, on product quality and their ability to sustain supply.
02Receipt: Consignments are checked against documentation on arrival. Discrepancies are raised before stock enters the system.
03Storage: Held under the conditions the manufacturer specifies, with those conditions monitored rather than assumed.
04Handling & release: Picked and released with a record of what moved, when, and to whom.
05Delivery: Delivered to institutional and retail customers with confirmation retained.

01No compromise on integrity: Product that falls outside specification is quarantined, not sold. There is no commercial exception to this.
02Records, not assurances: Every stage produces a record. Compliance is something we can show, not something we assert.
03Regulatory alignment: We work within the requirements of the authorities in the markets we serve, and with our partners' registration obligations.
